Contact
The fastest way to get help is to call. The line is answered 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, and nothing needs deciding on the first call.
If you are calling about a death that is still under investigation, nothing can be cleaned until the scene is released — but call anyway, so the work is ready to start the moment it is.

Who you are dealing with
Biohazard Cleanup is a referral service, not a cleanup contractor. When you call, you are connected to an independent, licensed biohazard remediation company working in your area. We do not carry out remediation ourselves, and we do not set the price — the contractor who attends gives you the written scope and the fixed figure.
The site is operated by Adeel Zaighum. How your information is handled when you call is set out in the privacy policy.
Questions people ask before calling
Is the line answered at night and at weekends?
Yes. The line is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays. Deaths and accidents do not keep office hours and neither does this.
What happens when I call?
You will be asked what has happened and where the property is, so the call can be routed to a crew that covers your area. Nothing is committed to on that call, and no site visit is booked unless you want one.
Can I get a price over the phone?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who gives you one. Scope cannot be established without seeing the property, because the extent of contamination is usually beneath flooring rather than on it. You get a written scope and a fixed price after an assessment, before any work starts.
Do you do the cleanup yourselves?
No. Biohazard Cleanup is a referral service. Calls are connected to independent, licensed biohazard remediation contractors working in your area. We do not perform remediation ourselves.
